BFMC Young Adults
Young Adults is a group of 18 and over meeting to socialize and pursue truth through bible studies and friendships. In a culture of so many “truths” & “beliefs”, our friendships anchor us in integrity and encourage us in our walk for real right answers.
We believe that God makes Himself known through two primary ways: His word and His people. That means coming together in small group communities.
We meet weekly at the church to pray and study God’s Word with a wide variety of interesting discussion topics often involving video studies on apologetics, theology, facts vs fiction, ways to live like Jesus in today’s world…

The Problem with God
by Mark Clark
We are going to take a look at questions skeptics often use to discredit faith in God. Jesus is different from other “messiahs” and during this study we will delve deeper into our own understanding of why we can trust Him & ultimately follow Him. Join us as we set aside this time to discuss questions young adults are challenged by.
The Problem of God is written by a skeptic who became a Christian and then a pastor, all while exploring answers to the most difficult questions raised against Christianity. Mark grew up in an atheistic home, and after his father’s death, began a skeptical search for truth through exploring science, philosophy, and history, asking the big questions of life, and eventually finding answers in Christianity.
In a disarming, winsome, and persuasive way, The Problem of God responds to the top ten questions people raise against God, and Christianity, including, among others:
- The Problem of Science(Jan 23rd)
- The Problem of God’s Existence/Validity of the Bible (Jan 30th)
- The Problem of the Christ Myth(Feb 6th)
- The Problem of Hell (Feb 13th)
- The Problem of Sex(Feb 20th)
- The Problem of Hypocrisy(Feb 27th)
- The Problem of Exclusivity(March 6th)
- The Problem of Evil and Suffering(March 13th)
BFMC Young Adults in the Community
We desire change in our world and in our community. Special “impact” events and promotion of awareness of global issues of inequality and injustice allow us to reach out to people locally and globally. Be a part of it!
